Below is Op-Ed text (presumably awaiting moderation) I posted this morning in response to the article posted by Fortune Magazine following the release of the ‘Salmon Fraud’ report this week: “Your salmon may not be as ‘wild’ as you think” (29.10.2015) which concludes: “[…] But they  [Oceana] were able to prove that this fraud is occurring, and there isn’t really much we can do about it short of DNA-testing every piece of fish we buy.”
